This programme was design specifically for combat athletes to help build an athletic base of strength and power, with increased CSA, and a small focus on energy system conditioning.

 

This is an excellent programme for those that have some lifting experience but can be adapted to total beginners, as with most exercises being centred around compound lifts, you'll find execution easy to carry out even as the intensity increases each block.
 

We are here to help and can assist in setting load selection when to increase each week to increase capacity and overload.
