We have created a simple yet effective 12-week programme to target the glutes and posterior chain.  
 

Ultimately a strong foundation must be built upon to improve strength and increase size.  Week 1-6 focuses on quality movement and skill development, before we increase total volume and workload to maximise muscular development.  

 

This is one excellent for the ladies but males can benefit those lacking areas that can't be seen in the mirror.
