Kat caters to strength training, body composition, and also restorative yoga; this will ensure you navigate your journey and achieve your goals.
Kat has a wealth of knowledge gained from her HND in Fitness, Health, and Exercise, whilst also becoming qualified as a Mental Health and Exercise Coach, and a Restorative Yoga Teacher.
